Within the framework of various programs, Hungarian micro, small and medium-sized enterprises can apply for HUF 587 billion to implement technological changes, László György, Secretary of State for Economic Strategy and Regulation at the Ministry of Innovation and Technology, said.
At an awards ceremony organized by the Enterprise Development Council, György said that entrepreneurs can benefit from a number of non-refundable grants, whether for investment, training or innovation. Almost any company has access to soft, state-subsidized loans with interest rates around zero percent, he underlined.
The state secretary spoke about the reformed adult education system and said the government wants to support training that makes jobs more stable and helps workers earn more.
At the event, certificates were also given to the winners of the national round of the European Enterprise Development Prize 2021: the Atasi Team, which provides assistance to micro and small enterprises in the field of compliance with data protection law, and the Budapest University of Economics Budapest LAB Enterprise Development Center course entitled Business Plan in One Week.
Entrepreneurs can find out about the development opportunities available to them on the Vali.hu information portal, György added.
