The Farmer Expo in Debrecen offers useful programs
This year's 31st Farmer Expo will feature agricultural drone shows, a herding competition, a horse cup and livestock shows.
Farmer Expo is one of the country’s most prestigious agricultural shows, with around 330 exhibitors this year. The 17,000 square meters of exhibition space will feature farm machinery and other equipment, with popular livestock shows forming the backbone of the Farmer Expo program. But farmers and agribusinesses will also have a range of professional events to choose from, covering the challenges of crop and livestock production.
There will also be traditional gastronomy, a show jumping competition and, new this year, a herding dog competition and agricultural drone show.
Farmer Expo’s professional partner is the National Chamber of Agriculture, whose programs will focus on the support system and the European Union’s common agricultural policy from 2023.
The large-scale international trade show starts on August 17, 2022, at the university’s Böszörményi Road campus in Debrecen. The organizers expect 30,000 visitors in four days.
