Szentendre’s Day and Night Open Festival will comply with the current epidemiological regulations and be smaller this year, with a variety of programs throughout the city.

The Szentendre Cultural Center will host the Szentendre National Day, offering gastro workshops, wine tasting conversations, outdoor film screenings, and stand-up comedy performances.
Visitors can also take in folk music and folk dance programs at the Folk Music courtyard or some alternative music at the Barlang courtyard by Tudósok and Korai Trancemission. The Town Hall courtyard will also host concerts by Söndörgő, MÖRK and Pál Street Boys. Audience size will be limited in all cases due to the coronavirus measures.
The Tourinform Office will additionally organize diverse city tours to help visitors learn about the history and secrets of the city.
The Szentendre Theater is preparing a concert and puppet theater as well, while the Ferenczy Museum Center and the MANK will offer fine arts workshops, guided tours, film screenings and roundtable discussions.
A playground, puppet theater and arts and crafts program will be organized for children at the Main Square of Szentendre during the day, with light painting for entertainment at night.
A few new elements include the Art Dunakorzó 2020 open-air exhibition, the community painting of the church hill, the cartoon exhibition created in cooperation with the National Association of Hungarian Journalists, and the WAMP design fair.
