New train launched from Budapest to Prague

Ticket sales for the trains traveling the Budapest - Vienna - Brno - Prague route have started, and departures will take place twice a day starting on July 31.

The best one-way tickets between Budapest and Vienna (Wien Hbf.) and Budapest and Brno (Brno hl.n.) start at 9 euros, while between Budapest and Prague (Praha hl.n.), tickets are available online from 16 euros.

Tickets in all car classes include seating, newspapers and magazines, and high-speed internet access. Tickets can be purchased for four car classes: Low-Cost, Standard, Relax and Business. The cars in the Standard class have in-seat multimedia screens with various entertainment channels, including music. 

Coffee and mineral water are provided free of charge for travelers in the Standard, Relax and Business classes, and passengers in all car classes will be able to order food and snacks online. 

You will be able to get on and off the trains in Hungary at the following stations: Budapest-Déli, Budapest-Kelenföld, Győr, Mosonmagyaróvár, Hegyeshalom.

The new railway is operated by RegioJet, the largest privately owned railway company in the Czech Republic, while the Hungarian operator will be the privately owned Continental Railway Solution Kft.
