The series of events called the “Hungarian Wine Business Program,” combined with a wine professional master’s course and wine tasting, was launched by AMC (Hungarian Agriculture Marketing Centre). It provides an opportunity for participants to deepen their knowledge of Hungarian wines and wine regions, as well as build new relationships and expand their business network.
According to the announcement of AMC, the first event of the series sought to promote Hungarian wines in foreign markets and was held in cooperation with the Embassy of Hungary in Finland.
Finland is one of the target markets for Hungarian wine exports. The event provided a great opportunity for wineries planning to expand their export activities to the Finnish wine market.
At the event held at the embassy residence, guests could learn about wine regions in Hungary and the main characteristics of the country’s wines via a presentation of 10 premium Hungarian wineries.
