Balázs Szepesi, Deputy Secretary of State for Economic Development, told reporters that the Hungarian Multi Program will help to further develop high-growth, innovative and exportable products and services. Tamás Bihall, President of Bokik (the Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County Chamber of Commerce and Industry), said that the goal of the program is to increase the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises and that companies can receive non-refundable money for the purpose of asset and technology development based on their individual development plans.
The Hungarian Multi Program was created last year by the government to help growing businesses. Szepesi said it is open to companies that have already achieved significant results, and such entities can receive significant professional and financial support if successful.
Bihall added that the program helps companies grow their economic growth potential, identifies the development needs of selected businesses as part of a comprehensive corporate diagnostic process and prepares personalized development plans for them.
Further information on the program was made available on Wednesday in Miskolc by the Hungarian Ministry of Innovation and Technology (ITM), IFKA Public Nonprofit Ltd. (IFKA) and Bokik.
