Since 2019, the NAK’s agri startup program has been supporting new types of developments through several program elements to increase the digitalization of agriculture and to encourage more farmers to adopt efficiency-enhancing and sustainable solutions.
Launched for the fourth time this year, the main objective of the large business startup incubation program is to find solutions to the challenges facing the sector. The incubation program’s professional partner is Design Terminal.
Balázs Győrffy, President of NAK, said that the digitalization of the Hungarian agribusiness sector is essential. The NAK TechLab program supports developments that can facilitate the everyday work of its members. The agricultural startup program aims to increase efficiency indicators and is promoting or participating in the professional support of several technological developments that can generate significant profit increases for farmers.
This year, market-leading companies such as Claas Hungária Kft, Corteva Agriscience, Pápai Hús Kft, Axiál Kft, Bonafarm Group and Hungrana Kft have joined the program.
The three-month program is open to all technological developments that address the challenges facing large companies.
